The real estate properties on offer are located in areas that are deemed „Vorbehaltsgemeinden or Vorbehaltsgebiete“, meaning these municipalities and districts fall under special laws regarding the usage, acquisition and disposal of real estate. (A person may be required to register a property in question as a primary residence in order to be able to buy said property)
