›› Our broker commission becomes due only in case of a successful mediation between the owner and our client resulting either in a sale or rental agreement. Up to a purchase price of € 36.336,-- it amounts to 4 % plus VAT (20 %), above € 36.336,-- to 3 % plus VAT (20 %). In the event of a lease the commission is 2 month gros rental income plus VAT (20 %) plus security deposit depending on request of owner. Bad Aussee is agreed as place of juristiction.

›› The legal VAT presently amounts to 20 % of the net commission. The commission is due at sale- or lease agreement and payable at the latest at the time of undersigning the legal purchase– or rental- contract or after the approval of the Real Estate Transfer Commission.

›› Our offers are mainly based on information provided by the owner of a property. We there fore cannot take over any liability for their correctness or completeness. However, we take great effort to examine all statements received with regard to their correctness as far as ever possible. Any sale or lease in the meantime is at the discretion of the property owner. All our offers or information are only meant for you – the client – and are to be regarded as confidential. If a sales contract occurs between the owner of a property referred through us and a third party resulting from passed-on datas through our client without authorization, he may be made liable for damage up to the amount of the missed commission.

›› If you should have any previous knowledge about a property referred through us, you are required to disclose this immediately and name the source of information or else our referral will be regarded as acknowledged.

›› Should a property referred through us be offered to you again at a later point of time by the vendor or a third party, you are in turn required to disclose, that said property has previously been offered to you by our office and that you are rejecting any other estate agent’s service in reference to this property.

›› Should a purchase contract come about for a property offered through us and you choose not to use our services during the completion of the final negotiations, you are required to inform us immediately and to disclose the conditions of the purchase contract.

›› We are entitled to receive a commission also, if the contract has been agreed upon on conditions, which differ from our offer or if the desired economical success is achieved through a different contract (for example lease instead of purchase or acquisition of a different property from the same owner, than the one initially offered through us) or through knocking down at an execution.
